We need your support, our monthly givers' program, is a wonderful way to make a monthly gift and provide the reliable support that is so vital to saving lives and creating a Heart Smart Bermuda.

Heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death in Bermuda, with 1 in 3 fatalities being attributed to the disorder. The good news is, in most cases these risk factors are preventable and can be easily treated with on-going intervention measures and hands on preventative education.

To that end, the BHF plans to launch the first prevention and intervention center that will offer life saving programs and services to at-risk individuals with a view to reducing the local at risk population by 25% over six years.

When you make a monthly commitment to the Bermuda Heart Foundation, it means our staff can remain focused on critical programs and service.

What's more, the program helps the Bermuda Heart Foundation reduce expenses by reducing the high cost associated with fundraising.

Here is how it works:

• You determine the amount of your monthly donation

• We will charge your pledge to your credit card each month
              (Charges are made on or around the same date each month)

• We will send you an e-mail each month, confirming the charge was made (optional)

• Your membership will automatically renew each year, ensuring that you will
