Healthy Eating

There is no denying that we are what we eat. No matter what age group you are in order to have a healthy heart, proper nutrition is key. The food that we consume is our source of energy and fuel every biological process in our body. Whatever choices we make affects the risk of illnesses like heart disease and many others. It is clear that eating right can help to maintain a higher quality of life.
