Bermuda’s First Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation center

CORE Heart Health Center is conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton, at 87 Front Street entry via Chancery Lane.  This state-of the-art facility supports clients looking to improve their overall health and reduce their risk of having a heart attack or prevent a second heart attack from occurring. 

CORE prevention and rehabilitation services and programs include:

·         Customized exercise programs supervised by exercise specialists
    Customized nutritional programs created and supervised by dietitians
    Healthy cooking classes
    Preventive health strategies
    Support groups

         The benefits of the CORE program include:

·         Improved muscle strength, endurance and flexibility
    Lower blood pressure and heart rate
    Possible reduction in total cholesterol and increase in HDL "good" cholesterol
    Improved overall health
    Independence and confidence through education and self-direction

         Cardiologist Services

·         Consultation
    Holter Monitoring
    ECG
    Stress Testing

              Individual risk factors are addressed by multidisciplinary teams consisting of:

             suffered from:

     High cholesterol
     Pre-diabetic

     Stable angina
     Valvular surgery
